Rates
Individual Therapy: $250 for each 50 minute individual therapy session.
Family Therapy: $275 for each 50 minute family session.
Assessment: My fee is $300-400 per hour depending on the type of assessment needed. Assessment/Psychological Testing includes: Clinical interview, test administration, scoring and interpretation of tests administered and report writing. Psychological reports include results of the psychological testing and recommendations.
IQ Testing/Cognitive Testing: For IQ testing only, my flat rate is $800. This covers the face-to-face testing, scoring and a 1-page brief summary of results.
IEP Meetings: $300 per hour. Please note that there may be a fee travel (driving) time to the IEP.
Travel: I understand that parents may not wish to take their children out of school for assessments or would prefer to have the assessment conducted at the child's school. My travel fee is pro-rated at $200 per hour from my office to the travel site (school, home, etc).
Phone Consultation: For those who have questions about therapy or are wondering if therapy is right for them, a 15-minute free phone consultation is offered.
Phone Collateral: Any collateral phone contact with a patient/client's other service providers or caregivers that is over 15-minutes will be bill as a session ($180/hour) and prorated for the length of the contact.
Forms of Payment
I accept cash, check, debit cards and all major credit cards or payments via Zelle. Please note, for card payments there is a processing fee.
Insurance
I currently do not accept insurance, however, I will be more than willing to provide you with an invoice that includes the required codes so that your insurance can reimburse you directly for services.
Some Services May Be Covered By Private Insurance
If you would like to use your insurance to cover my services I urge you to contact your insurance provider. Contact the number listed on the back of your insurance card to learn more about what behavioral health coverage you may have. The following questions will help you to determine what will and will not be reimbursed by your provider.

What is my deductible for out-of-network providers?
My therapist is a Clinical Psychologist and uses CPT code 90837, what will I be reimbursed after submitting my invoice?
Depending upon the service you are receiving ask directly about rates for that particular service (i.e. Neuropsychological Assessment, Individual, Couples, Family, and Group therapy).
How much of my deductible has been met for the year?
How many sessions am I allowed during the calendar year?
Is approval or referral required from my primary care physician?
What is the coverage for parity diagnoses such as Panic Disorder, or Major Depression?
Where do I send claims for mental health? (Mental or Behavioral Health claims are often sent to an address other than the address on your medical card.
